@Michaeltan how much pa-SPA sa embassy?
@maya tama yan, now is the best time to invest in PH. I'm on my 9th condo unit since last year. Yung recent turnover ko is with UCPB (applies to most bank) and these is what I did so far:
@maya in case you want your condo to be renovated (fitted out) or handled by a professional property manager (for rental investment)... feel free to PM me... I know a lot of Interior Designers, Architects and Property Managers... magsawa ka mamili
To those who wish to venture into real estate investing (true investing hah), with little to no cash, feel free to PM me as much as I want to share here, nakakapagod mag-type... pero little by little, I want to share to every OFWs
hi @nubrid thank you sa tips! ung condos mo ba ay for airbnb or long term rent? medyo wala pa kasi kami idea kung paano. baka kasi sa mga tourist spots lang kumita pag airbnb? although resort type naman ung nakuha namin. dami ka trusted na property managers?
both. may condo ako na pang-airbnb, pang-students, pang-working class.
madami... dito sa SG, 2 kilala ko personally at 1 referred to me. If kaya ng budget, ipa-fitout mo din (staging/styling lang hah)... it helps lower vacancy rate + increase rental by about ~5k+ per month.
depende po sa area ng condo nyo if PMO is available hah. If outside manila, mas konti PMO. sang area yung condo?
https://www.kondoko.com/ ... Aleris Salonga, taga-SG sya. Friend of friend.
Minsan may additional services sila for a fee (e.g. property tax payment, HOA dues, repair & maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
Kapag 5 or less ang no. of properties mo, mas ok kumuha ng professional Property Manager. Especially kapag OFW tayo.
