Not sure if meron akong ka case dito. Isa po akong IT end user support at yung company namin ay na approve as exempted sa MTI. Meaning ba nito lahat ng employee exempted? or need pa mg pasa ng mga names kung sino -sino pwede pumasok sa office? Ksi hndi naman maiiwasan na ung task hindi kaya remotely kaya need pumunta sa office to meet ung staff.. sympre social distance parin sa office. Salamat po and keep safe
@juanforall basta ba exempted sa MTI no issue, pero mas okay kung i-double confirm mo sa MOM.
@juanforall not sure pero yung isang kaibigan ko na manufacturing industry, accounting dept sya. may letter sila from company kung anong araw yung pasok nila
pero kami , manufacturing din, wala naman letter from the company. pero may formal permit yung company to operate sent via e-mail

@ladytm02 ung cnsb mong loophole, options yun whether to reimburse or work out an agreement. but nevertheless, nakasaad na required na sagutin ng company mo ung food mo dhl makakakuha sila ng $750 per worker discount sa levy. tapos waived din ang levy ngayong April.
