Pano po yung 'countdown' ng online submission? I know it's 7 days, pero when does it start? Is it the moment na naggawa ng account and login? I have most requirements na kasi, pero may kulang pa from my current employer (cert of employment) and not sure how long it will take.
And then for 'annex a' has anyone downloaded the form? I'm not sure kasi if magsstart na countdown when I login online and download the form.

@Raven33 countdown starts when you start encoding on the online form and save it without completing it. suggest na since hindi ka sure sa coe mo kung gano katagal, antay mo muna bago mo simulan
